STARS Resumes Manitoba Air Ambulance Service
STARS will resume emergency helicopter calls in Manitoba effective immediately after a medical review and new safety measures. Health Minister Erin Selby announced the move, with a Clinical Oversight Panel led by Dr. Brian Postl to guide training, quality assurance, and inter-facility transfers under WRHA supervision.
