Darin Gooda’s third annual Leukemia fundraiser set for March 2007

Darin Gooda of Binscarth, now cancer free after a long battle, leads the 3rd Annual Fundraising Benefit in support of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The event March 17 at Valley Gardens Community Center in Winnipeg aims to push past $75,000 raised to date.

Asessippi Benefit Spotlight Langenburg Teen Sings For MS

More than 2 000 attended Asessippi Ski Hill Rockin the Rails to support Jessica Langenburg 16 who donated proceeds and lift ticket funds totaling over 4900 to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada Westman. Jessica also performed at Telemiracle in Saskatoon and plans to appear at the Saskatchewan Country Music Awards in April.
