RM Ellice Council Advances Building By-law and Wells Project
The RM of Ellice held a 1:20 PM meeting chaired by Reeve Boucher with councillors present though Huberdeau arrived late and Lemoine was absent. Minutes from May 12 2004 were approved and third reading of the Building By-law discussed. correspondence reviewed including Brandon 911 and Valley Recreation District 2003 report. A 50 50 cost share with RM Archie for a new NW 1/4 Sec 34 15 29 WPM community well was approved with M&M Drilling chosen. a forth part time employee to operate the municipal tractor was authorized. Financials showing general accounts 22 86968 were approved for vouchers 1476 to 1505. Adjourned.
