5th Annual Resiliency Training backs OSISS in Russell
Russell Legion Branch 159 helps fund and promote the OSISS resiliency weekend for 30 military spouses at Shilo MFRC. The four year program educates on OSI, PTSD and self care, connecting participants from across Manitoba. ACL Branch 159 donated $1,200 with organizers praising Legion support and local community backing.
