Italian Chef Teaches Major Pratt Students via Skype
Rhonda Nemez, a Home Economics teacher, organized Chef Paola from Taaly to teach three Grade nine and ten classes at Major Pratt through Skype. The sessions covered Italy geography and cuisine, using Manitoba flour and homegrown ingredients, inspiring questions about Italian central dishes and nontraditional bruschetta styles.
