Vandalism Targets Pool Park and Water Outlets
Reports state vandals damaged the Churchbridge swimming pool office and pump room during separate incidents in the early hours of the weekend. Taps were opened at two water outlets causing a large temporary overflow and extensive damage to the facility and stored tools. RCMP seek public help in a separate case involving possible misappropriation of union funds in Shoal Lake. Danny Andres, a Roblin area former SWASS student, was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates with the first pick of the 19th round after moving to Abbotsford, BC to pursue year round baseball.
