Farewell to Dale and Val Brown at Russell Centre
More than 150 attended a come and go wine and cheese evening at the Russell and District Community Centre to bid farewell to Dale and Val Brown. Lorraine Brown organized the gathering with stories of the couple’s service clubs, sports, and business roles since 1971, as they relocate to Carmen for medical treatment, amid laughter and tears.
