Cavalcade for Diabetes Kickoff Sparks Town Parade Fun
Russell Lions and district clubs organized the Cavalcade for Diabetes while Russell Minor Ball staged a parallel ball tournament. Forty floats and Lions Club volunteers filled the parade route as kids enjoyed fried chicken lunches, a dunk tank, fire truck tours, a four passenger bicycle, and a Disney UP screening on a 25 foot inflatable screen.
