Receen of the Rural Municipality of Russell holds a meeting on June 23 1922 to pass a by law for opening and establishing a public road across parts of Section 10 16 and East half of Section 15 21 29 WPM Manitoba. A plan by Richard J Jephson dated July 7 1914 sworn Jan 29 1916 is cited. The meeting will hear landowners prejudicially affected who petition to be heard.
