Rainy start to Manitoba summer ends with hopeful forecast

Parkland areas see 180 to 220 mm over two months with June and July averaging 19.5 C. Weather Canada forecasts sunny spells and 24 C highs, while Farmer's Almanac expects above average August temperatures and generous sun with less rain.
