Shellmouth Reservoir Flood Eases After Crest
Provincial bulletin notes Shellmouth spillway at 7.5 feet with crested inflows and 16 470 cfs outflows as Assiniboine River floods St Lazare area. Six homes inundated at St Lazare while Russell remains largely okay with minor basements flooded. Water levels are dropping after the crest.
