Carwash owner contends loss after semi crash blocks lot
The Neepawa Press reports Bill Uranick, owner of Bills Carwash and Gas Bar, faced about 6000 dollars in revenue losses after a semi trailer overturned in front of his business on the first Saturday in June. A 19 year old Brandon man reportedly sideswiped the semi near the Highways 16 and 5 junction, blocking access. Spruce Plains RCMP said both vehicles were traveling east.
