Street Beat celebrates cultural dances on Russell Main Street
A crowd of about 160 gathered on Russell's Main Street for Street Beat featuring dances from Yadiminka, Waywayseecappa First Nation, Belva Wade Zentner School of Dance, and Philippine performances. The event, funded by Heritage Canada with a $3,000 grant and town support, showcased diverse cultures in a lively, community atmosphere.
