Waywayseecappo Wolverines unveil new look and leadership
The Waywayseecappo Wolverines launch a refreshed image with a new board, staff, logo, and on ice talent under veteran coach Barry Butler. Chief and Council approve a new constitution and empower the board to operate, aiming to rebuild ties with surrounding communities and secure sponsorships through a season kickoff golf tournament and ticket blitz. The club recruits Kyle Lushinski, Derek Johnston, and other prospects while emphasizing local core players and resurrecting the Russell-centered practice culture to foster camaraderie and playoff potential.
