Calvin Daniels Remembers the Summer Fair Circuit
Calvin Daniels reflects on childhood summers spent at rural fairs. He recalls hog shows run by his father, memories of Connaught and nearby fairs, and the joy of baseball with the New Osgoode Bandits. He cherishes the old fair ambience and the longing to relive a show string of livestock and six to eight weeks on the road.
