Silver Creek council pushes interim controls on ILOs
At a June 21 meeting councilors urged a change to curb hog operations. They backed RM Fisher bylaw provisions on manure management and setbacks, and pressed interim development controls requiring technical reviews and full licenses before new ILOs over 300 animal units proceed.
