Tri-Roads Planning District launches Development Plan process

The Tri-Roads Planning District comprising Russell Binscorth and Riding Mountain West municipalities begins the Development Plan and Zoning Bylaw review on January 30 2017. Richard Wintrup & Associates will provide planning support for about 12 months to guide land social environmental and economic growth. Community input sessions open houses and stakeholder discussions will gather feedback from residents for short and long term actions.
