Law fees to rise effective February first year
Penner announced a 95 percent increase in court fees effective February 1 1963 for documents processed by the Court of Appeal Court of Queen's Bench County Courts Surrogate Courts and by sheriffs and bailiffs. The move follows a departmental review that found current fees do not reflect administrative effort and some fees had not changed since 1978.
