Four-run format gains traction in skeleton events
Montgomery explains the four run format makes sense as he wins the national skeleton title with a 3:44.83. He beats Paul Boehm and Olympic silver medalist Jeff Pain in a tight finish. The change to four runs over two days mirrors upcoming Olympic trials, with Montgomery preparing in Cesana, Italy after Calgary. He remains ranked second globally with bronze, silver, and a fifth in his World Cup events.
