Recreation Report outlines teen wellness program and gym kids

Michelle Horncastle introduces a Russell recreation update. A Teen Wellness Challenge for ages 13 to 18 runs six weeks from January 17 to February 28 at the Multiplex with weekly activities like Karate Yoga Pickleball PiYo and weight training. Registration is $20 for 15 spots and must be completed with Michelle. Gym Kids after school classes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays have limited openings and are led by Amy Tweet focusing on gymnastics strength and circuits.
