Breach of probation lands Cramp ton in jail
Ontario born sex offender Albert Cramp ton faced breach of probation after moving to Russell without consent. He was rearrested December 6 and sentenced to 30 days with 1 year probation after time served. Robbery at LPK Convenience Store in Rossburn Manitoba
On December 28 2011 a lone male brandished a knife at the LPK Convenience Store in Rossburn stealing liquor and fleeing. RCMP later detained a man matching the description in a licensed premises and Pratt Devyn Colton Dale of Brandon was charged with Robbery Breach Probation Possess Weapon for Dangerous Purpose Carry Concealed Weapon and Impersonation. Remanded pending first appearance in Brandon Provincial Court December 30 2011. Police dog forensic unit and major crime unit assisted. Ongoing investigation.
