Russell business places host 116 farmer curlers this weekend for a friendly curling event. The plan includes a Friday night social for country and town folks to mingle with guests over curling and lunch.
Wednesday noon results show Betty-Marie Brownlee with a strong lead as carnival organizers begin a two week race for queen and four princesses.
