Aqua Joints volunteers sustain mobility program at Russell Inn pool
Aqua Joints an aerobic program for joint pain began in 2000 under Hinges n' Twinges and continues with nine volunteers. The Russell Inn has donated pool time since 2001 supporting about 35 regular participants from Birtle Inglis Rossburn St Lazare Binscarth Minnedosa and beyond. Sessions run Monday to Thursday 12:30 to 1:30 pm with a $30 per session fee funding office costs and a group luncheon.
