Angusville Christmas Party Bright despite Cold Weather
The Angusville Annual Christmas party at the park on December 8 entertained attendees with Santa in a horse drawn cutter, rides for children, gifts, hot chocolate, doughnuts, and a warm bonfire. Volunteers and organizers including Dwayne Klimack Sam Boryskiewich Verne Chuchmuch and others are thanked for decorations, snow clearing and errands.

The Leisure Centre held its December 13 meeting with 19 members. Plans discussed include extending property, snow clearing, and 2008 district events in Foxwarren such as cribbage on January 23 and table shuffleboard on January 31. February 16 features 101 Pool, with foot care day on February 6. Gift draws, meals, and holiday activities were reported, along with upcoming 2008 membership brunch and community donations.

Banana Belt Luncheon Minutes Report Donations and Raffle
Banana Belt held a luncheon at Dorothy Ireland's with seven members present. Minutes read and adopted. Donations were given to two local charities from October fundraiser and to Park and Pool in January. Raffle won by Agnes. Next meeting at Lyne Drielick's Lena adjourned. Pot luck lunch enjoyed.
