The Dand Thirlstane 4H Beef Calf Club leader Clint Whetter of the Dand district in the province is announced as the 1963 W S Frazer trophy recipient. As eleventh winner, he mentors 30 youths and has guided the beef calf unit to top provincial standing with members earning major public speaking and showmanship honors.
