Family Dance Kickoff to Christmas Draws Big Local Support
About 150 children attended the annual Family Dance raising 2000 for the Food Connections Group charity, up from 1492 last year. Tammy Edwards praised community support from Lions Elks and Royal Purple, with hall costs covered by local donors. A Wii system raffle honored Marley Stewart, yielding 500 for Children's Wish Foundation and 383 for Food Connection. Ziprick Thoroughbreds and Spruce Grove Service donated the prize.
