Town builds arches on Main Street amid challenges
After four days of tough work and harsh conditions the first set of ten arches spanning Russell’s Main Street was completed with local teams Artis Bomback, Lenny Sicinski, and Pat Michalchuk contributing key roles. Guillas says future arches should be easier and may cost less than the $25,000 budget per intersection.
