Autopac Buys $6 Million in Hospital Debentures
Autopac arranged for the purchase of long term serial debentures from Manitoba hospitals. The bonds, 3 1/2 to 25 years, total $6 million, support new facilities and retain insurance money in Manitoba. Hospitals include Brandon General, Gladstone, Minnedosa, Morden, Victoria General, Russell, and Dauphin.

The Amalgamated Municipality of Boulton held its inaugural meeting on Wednesday November 8 1972 at 10 00 am with councilors Michalchul Arlegate Bedan Bomback Chesch and Turelsy in attendance and with Reve Motoshoski presiding The meeting approved the minutes of the prior meeting and the Court of Revision and appointed Geo Chescu and Alfred Frieze to a committee for various programs The ward boundaries were discussed with a plan to reduce council from six to four The RM of Boulton office will close November 20 to November inclusive while the secretary attends the Union of Manitoba Municipalities annual meeting A council member will attend the 1973 Branch Lines Association of Manitoba meeting Bevan was appointed as representative for 1973 A municipal assistance request from Mrs L Haney Shortdale was considered and council authorized 40 00 per month for two months The council will meet December 14 1973 1000 mm
