The Angusville Bazaar enjoyed a successful Saturday with a raffled doll drawing won by Mrs H. E. Ferguson. A fiddlers contest is planned for December 6 at Fergusons Hall under the Rebekah lodge. Community notes mention weddings, school visits, rink preparations, and curling club elections, plus court of revision minutes and local notices.
Miss Martha Danchilla of Canora wed Joseph Kostiuk of Marchwell Sask at St. Peter and Paul Church on Tuesday November 19 officiated by Father S Semcrak. Bride wore white crepe back satin gown with bouquet of white carnations and fern. Afterward a grand supper and dance at the Catholic hall. Village council and school trustees elected in recent election.
Announcement of a December radio series The Grain Portrwa sponsored by Winnies Grain Exchange and North West Grain Dealers Association. Features include orchestral and male voice performances and talks on grain production distribution and marketing. Also notes Christmas services and a World Food Stuffs topic.
Land listed as belonging to the Rural Municipality of Shellmouth will be sold by public auction after the tax sale on Saturday afternoon December 14 1935. Terms to be announced prior to sale.
