Manitoba to expand renal health with 20 million investment

Ontario file not applicable. Manitoba will fund more than 20 million to expand renal health services including dialysis across rural and northern communities. Ten new dialysis stations at Winnipeg Health Sciences Centre plus six station units in Russell Peguis and Berens River, and further expansions in Norway House Gimli and Gimli. The plan aims to add capacity for about 72 more patients and bring treatment closer to home with prevention education programs.
