Festival revenue drops and meeting plans discussed
Festival revenue fell by an estimated amount, with organizers noting a $2,000 revenue drop from last year possibly due to a Saturday cabaret. Committee members plan a public meeting in the new year to discuss festival direction and efforts to attract more visitors to Russell. Santa and Mrs. Frosty attended a Windy Acres matinee for local children.
