Milwood Xmas Card and Community Notices at Local Post Office
Milwood hosts a selection of Xmas picture cards and booklets at the post office. Mrs Heath of Craigie remains seriously ill and news via phones affects local newspaper readership. The Ladies' Guild plans a school social on Thursday with refreshments, while estate claims disrupt local matters after a yard owner’s assignment. A basket dance at Crosby school draws crowds with music by Miller and Yout, and a turkey shooting event is set for Mississippi area with cash prizes and rifle club entries. Stray notices include a bay three year old mare and lost details with payment requests.
