Weston Interpretive Centre Opens in Manitoba Tall Grass Prairie
The Weston Family Tall Grass Prairie Interpretive Centre near Stuartburn Manitoba opens with a butterfly ceremony. NCC Manitob a notes the centre anchors prairie education and stewardship programs funded by The W Garfield Weston Foundation. Visitors can explore interactive exhibits, a reading room, observation deck, butterfly garden, and the Prairie Orchid and Monarch Butterfly Trails. The centre operates summers and hosts tours and education programs year round.
