Scouts Trek to Churchill for Arctic Tundra Tour
First Russell Scout Group with seven adults spent four days exploring Churchill Manitoba after a 23 hour rail journey from Thompson. The trip featured beluga whale encounters, polar bears, Arctic wildlife, a Zodiac boat ride, a vintage cargo plane crash site, and dogsled wagon tours. Fundraised over two years with local business and service club support.
