Scholarships Promote Rural Careers For Brandon Students
Three new Brandon University Rural Initiatives scholarships aim to steer Manitoba youth into rural development careers. Each $2000 award is funded jointly by Rural Initiatives and Rural Economic Development. New programs include a farm training track for young women, a stronger young farmer rebate, and easier farm succession support. Caldwell says the government will keep investing in Brandon and rural Manitoba to nurture tomorrow’s leaders.
