Pelly Trail Board weighs multi grade split for early grades

At the April 11 meeting the Pelly Trail School Board discussed a proposed division of Grade 1 and 2 at Major Pratt into separate classes to form a three class structure for next year. A student count showed 55 in Grades 1 and 2. a Grade 1 only, Grade 1 2, and Grade 2 setup was proposed with six weeks to decide. A May 2 in person meeting is scheduled to finalize the plan.
