Seven more arches planned for Russell Main Street project
Russell plans seven additional sets of arches along Main Street from Manitoba Avenue to Heather Avenue as part of the revitalization effort. The group has funding commitments for five of the seven, with construction slated to start next month and foundations to be completed by frost thaw in May.
