School activities highlight student engagement this season
Parent Advisory Council offers five woodworking cooking food handling small motors technology and sewing sessions. Students attend plays choir festival dance and art programs with awards for Remembrance Day contest and February February spirit days. New staff include Miss Patmore and Mr Haliuk as teachers while Batik art begins with Marianne the Artist in the School.

Park West budget 2003 2004 sets levy and mill rate
Park West School Division approves a 16.56 million dollar budget for 2003 04 with a 6.07 million dollar special levy and 19.64 mill rate up 3 3 from 2002. The plan cites four goals infrastructure, programs safety and respect, plus costs from amalgamation and contract harmonization.
