Dairy Short Course in St. Lazare Aims to Boost Production
A four week dairy course for local producers will run in St. Lazare this winter covering milk production budgeting herd health equipment nutrition and marketing. Denis Fouillard a St. Lazare dairy farmer backs the program saying it will expand quotas and prevent production from slipping to other regions. The course, sponsored, offers training and curing allowances with eligibility for ages 20 to 50 and at least three years in dairy management.

Rossburn Council Okays Predator Control Request
The Rural Municipality of Rossburn council met September 12 1972 to discuss police and budget matters. They authorized predator control program approval and anticipated cost sharing with the provincial government while approving travel, financial statements and a by law for elections.
