Kinsella's Prairie Visit Sparks Mixed Reactions in Oxbow
Fred McGuinness critiques W. P. Kinsella's negative profile of Oxbow, Manitoba. McGuinness notes Oxbow's modern services and rural importance to farmers and Canadians.
