Threshing Demo at MacPhail Farm Draws Local Crowd
Vista report on October 10 sees Jack Miller and sons Wally and Fred host an annual threshing demonstration near the Alex MacPhail farm. About 75 spectators observed with sheaves pitched by hand, while antique equipment including a 1930 Massey Harris binder and a 1927 Red River Special thresher operated alongside team-hauled racks. Weather cooperated after a September delay.
