Manitoba Power Commission Cuts Commercial Energy Rates
The Manitoba Power Commission announces rate reductions effective with October energy use and November billing. The first 100 kWh block drops to 6 cents, the next 200 kWh block to 4 cents, and all further energy at 2 cents per kWh, with Brandon and Portage la Prairie cities retaining a 3 cent second block.
