Central items announce United Church services at Rossburn and Vista with Communion Sunday guest speaker Dr Murray of Newdale United Church. Bible Study Thursday at 8 p.m. at Mr and Mrs Wm Coughlan home. Choir practice Friday at 7 30 in the church and all welcome.
Church announces reconstructions and a week of services at Rossburn Legion Hall. Sunday School 10 38 am for all ages, worship 11 30 am, evangelistic service 7 30 pm, prayer meeting Wednesday 8 pm, Young People's Service Friday 8 pm. Verily verse cited from John 5 24.

A Canada US evangelistic drive named Christ For Everyone plans broad participation. The Rossburn Pentecostal Church leads local efforts with Rev K Bunting of Gilbert Plains billed as speaker. The campaign runs October 5 prayer week, October 12 25 visitation, and October 26 November 2 services.
The Pentecostal Sunday School held Promotion Day on September 28 at Legion Hall with sixty in attendance. Dipping diplomas were given by Superintendent Mrs. R. J. Barclay and a flower pinned by Assistant Superintendent Miss Dolly Miller as students entered new classes. Seven entered Intermediate, six Junior, five Primary, four Beginners, two cradle roll, and two nursery entrants.
