Canada Post to Answer Santa Letters Again in 1999
Canada Post employees nationwide will again respond to letters addressed to Santa Claus. The program began in 1973 and became nation wide in 1982, with 8 516 volunteers last year replying to nearly 800 000 letters and promoting literacy and proper addressing. Letters should be sent to Santa Claus North Pole Canada HOH CHO via local post offices.
