The R.C.I. girls win the Swan River tournament for the fourth straight year with a 13 1 record defeating Grandview in the semis and Flin Flon in the final to claim the plaque. The Rossburn boys finish fourth with an 8 6 record after tough losses and narrow wins through seven sets in round robin play and the semis.

Rossburn Rural Council Holds Inaugural Meeting
Rossburn Municipality convened its first council meeting in the village council chambers on November 5 at 10:00 a.m. Reeve John Mitchell and Councillor William Antonow led a quorum with Ernest Drul Wally Peleshok and Joe Dnistransky present.
