Rossburn Names New Postmaster as Vacancy Ends
George Semenek was appointed postmaster of Rossburn by Canada Post, replacing Bill Kushniryk who moved to Carberry. Ed Shust had served as acting postmaster during the vacancy. Semenek, previously Rossburn’s interim supervisor, comes from Roblin where he served as postmaster for over four years and has over fifteen years in the post office. He will commute from Roblin until a home site is found.
