Thirty one Ukrainian Catholic Youth Club members from Angusville Russell and Roblin gathered at Angus High School for a social afternoon on Sunday November 5th. A card party and games filled most of the event with lunch served by the group. After thanks, the gathering adjourned and the school was tidied before departure.

Manitoba Elk Season Opens Monday for Residents Only
Special two week elk season will run from November 16 to November 28 for Manitoba residents. Licenses cost 10 and allow one elk per hunter. Licenses become available around November 12 at usual vendors and the Game Branch in Broadway buildings.

U C Y Meeting Plans Sleigh Ride and Dance
The Rossburn U C Y met on Tuesday with about 20 members present. Goals and purposes were read, a sleigh riding party was planned, and a short dancing session followed with chips and cokes sold. Next meeting is Nov 30 at 7 30 p.m. in the Parish Hall. Membership is open to Ukr Catholic or Roman Catholic faith with a 50 cent fee to Elsie Jumaga, treasurer.
