The N C H L annual meeting on Nov 2 1977 at Birtle lists 10 teams Angusville Birtle Cardale Rossburn Shoal Lake Strathclair Elkhorn Hamiota Kenton Miniota with Fleming and McAuley omitted. The league will have one division 18 games and top eight make playoffs plus a five team North South split for an All Star game. A ten dollar late start fee for referees and escalating fines for suspensions are set. MAHA sanctioned games count for suspensions. Next meeting is Nov 8 at Birtle.
