Princess Nellie and the cat that makes a mattress
Bill Hall writes about his cat Nellie preferring to sleep on a jacket or newspaper thrown on the bed. He riffs on the princess and the pea tale, winter blues, and cats’ habits, noting cats sleep more in darker days and that humans crave light and entertainment in winter. Hall signs off with contact details for the Lewiston Tribune.
