Park council passes by laws to augment reserve funds
L G D of Park council gave all three readings to By-law 1054 to augment the general reserve fund and By-law 1053 to augment the fire equipment reserve fund. The Municipal Act section 571(5) notes visits by Doris Chuchmuch Cassie Kalyniak and others to Brandon for family. Numerous local residents attended weddings birthdays and social events across Brandon Virden Elkhorn Canova Oakburn Lacombe and Portage la Prairie with congratulations to Trish Juba Gerry Thomson and Trevor Shwaluk. By-law 1052 levying current year taxes was returned for second and third readings and forwarded to the director.
